Each year our panel of celebrity judges chooses the Scariest Character from those in attendance at the Saturday IAHA masquerade party.  Ten invitations to participate are handed out during the party, then contestants are judged, and the winner is announce that night.  The winner will receive free admission to the following year’s party as well as  cash and prizes to be determined.
